Job summary

Domino’s Team Honey Badger in Marshall, MN is hiring motivated Team Leads to step up, take charge, and help run great shifts. Starting pay is $15 per hour with full benefits for full-time employees.

You’ll run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment, lead and motivate team members, ensure outstanding customer service, help make pizzas and prepare food, handle cash, train new staff, and support daily store goals. This is a launching pad for growth and advancement within our team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
