Job summary

Domino's Team Honey Badger is hiring a Team Lead to run shifts, supervise staff, and ensure smooth operations while delivering great customer service. You’ll help with food prep, cash handling, and daily goals in a fast-paced store.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with opportunities for increases after training. Benefits and 401(k) are available for full-time employees, along with paid training and leadership development in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
