Murphy USA Inc. in Leesville, LA is hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads to support daily store operations, serve customers, and lead a small team during each shift.

You will handle cash, assist with fuel transactions, ensure shelves are stocked and the store remains clean and inviting, and back up the Store Manager as needed. This role offers daily pay options, health and retirement benefits, education assistance, and opportunities for advancement to Assistant Manager within months.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or 6 months related experience.
• Cashier experience and reliable transportation are needed.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience on each shift.
• Respond to requests and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register and ensure fuel/merchandise availability.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment and report issues.
• Support Store Manager and lead team to meet goals.
• Back up daily/monthly paperwork and inventory tasks when needed.
