Job summary

Charter Foods, a franchisee in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Lead aged 18+. You will guide the shift team, ensure duties are completed, and help maintain safety and quality standards while supporting management.

You will manage inventory, uphold brand standards, and contribute to timely, safe meal service. This role offers advancement opportunities and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift by guiding the team with a smile and seeking help when needed.
• Ensure team members complete all assigned duties and maintain inventory.
• Maintain financial accountability and safe, timely food delivery to customers.
• Create a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Support management in running great shifts and upholding brand standards.
