Swig in Oklahoma City is seeking a Shift Lead to help the store run smoothly, greet guests, and keep the space clean while you lead a small team. You’ll train teammates, manage prep and service, ensure safety standards, and look for ways to boost guest satisfaction through upsells and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Food handler's permit required.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and communicate with team members to achieve success.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals for service.
• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig procedures.
• Keep the dining room and workspace spotless and safe.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain good guest relations and upsell add-ons to enhance experience.
• Follow all company policies and uphold Swig's standards.
