Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Kapolei, HI is hiring a Restaurant Shift Lead to guide daily operations and support a fast-paced team. You’ll supervise staff, ensure quality food prep, and deliver outstanding guest service during shifts, with opportunities for leadership development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or retail leadership.
• Experience as a Shift Lead, Crew Leader, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during daily restaurant operations.
• Delegate tasks and ensure all shift duties are completed efficiently.
• Maintain Capriotti’s standards for food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies for food safety, sanitation, and cash handling.
• Assist with scheduling support, labor management, and inventory monitoring.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen and dining areas.
• Support smooth shift transitions through clear communication with management.
