Ascentek seeks a Lead Embedded Technician to serve as the operational lead for shifts and customer sites within Maintenance 360. You will coordinate daily workflow, assign tasks, support teammate development, and ensure preventive maintenance, environmental services, and industrial cleaning are performed safely and to quality standards.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily workflow, preventative maintenance schedules, routes, and work assignments for teammates.
• Assign and prioritize emergent requests, environmental services, cleaning assignments, and operational tasks.
• Serve as the primary shift or site contact for customer communication and operational coordination.
• Perform advanced industrial maintenance, fluid management, and industrial cleaning activities.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with workmanship, safety, and operational standards.
• Conduct spot checks, audits, inspections, and route verification activities.
• Support onboarding, training, coaching, and skill development for teammates.
• Coordinate operational priorities and communicate staffing or workload concerns to leadership.
• Ensure service documentation, KPI tracking, operational records, and customer reporting are completed accurately.
• Support inventory management, fluid stocking, material coordination, and customer program activities.
• Assist with troubleshooting customer concerns, operational issues, and emergent requests.
• Assist with training activities, onboarding, process improvements, and workmanship standard development.
