Ascentek Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Embedded Technician in Milwaukee for second shift (2:00pm-10:30pm). You will serve as the operational lead on assigned shifts and sites, coordinating daily workflow, performing hands-on maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality across the team.

You will mentor teammates, manage preventative maintenance tasks, and act as the primary customer liaison while upholding workmanship standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of industrial services, preventive maintenance, manufacturing or field service experience.
• Experience coordinating workflow or directing work activities in operational environments.
• Experience working directly with customers in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily workflow, preventative maintenance schedules, routes and work assignments.
• Assign and prioritize emergent requests, environmental services and operational tasks.
• Serve as primary shift/site contact for customer communication and coordination.
• Perform advanced industrial maintenance, fluid management and cleaning activities.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety and workmanship standards.
• Support onboarding, training and coaching of teammates.
• Maintain service documentation, KPI tracking and customer reporting.
