Job summary

K&K Family Ventures, a Domino's franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager at 1233 Washington Rd. The role focuses on running great shifts, serving customers, and supporting the General Manager in all store operations.

You will lead the team on shift, uphold brand standards, manage labor, and help achieve store goals while maintaining safety and quality. This hourly, full-time position offers bonus opportunities and a pathway to develop leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a criminal background check.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Manage the store and Team with high volume mentality.

• Operate all store equipment including oven-tending and scheduling.
