Job summary

Panera Bread Covelli Family Ltd. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the front-of-house operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage the restaurant team.

You will be on the front lines delivering food, service and experience, while ensuring efficient and profitable operation with strong customer service. The ideal candidate has experience in fast/casual or hospitality, hands-on leadership, and a passion for building a warm, authentic Panera team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the fast/casual, full-service or hospitality industries
• The ability to work and create a fun, fast paced guest driven environment
• Proven team leader to hire, motivate and retain staff
• Daily hands on experience of all FOH/BOH operations
• Stable work history is required
• Minimum 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
• Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
• Creating and executing staff development
• Coaching and Leading your team throughout the shift
• Recruiting, training and motivating staff
• Ensuring that all employees team members adhere to the company's standards
• Greeting guest and doing table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
