Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fast/casual, full-service or hospitality industries.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Stable work history and reliable attendance.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
• Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.
• Create and execute staff development.
• Coach and lead your team throughout the shift.
• Recruit, train and motivate staff.
• Ensure all employees adhere to company standards.
• Greet guests and conduct table visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
