Job summary

Jimmy John’s in Arvada, CO is seeking a Shift Lead to run the shift when the General Manager isn’t on duty, ensuring every sandwich is perfect and every customer leaves happy. You’ll train teammates, manage opening and closing, and uphold fast, accurate service during high-volume periods, while maintaining standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed within the restaurant.
Completes and oversees daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production.)
Completes and oversees opening and closing procedures.
Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. Completes daily paperwork as necessary.
Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.
