Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring for a full-time store position in the United States. You will provide prompt and courteous customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, and operate the cash register while ensuring products are available and the store remains clean and safe.

You will support the Store Manager and help the team achieve performance goals. The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and may require 3 months of cashier experience.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Help lead the team to exceed store performance goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• In the absence of management provide backup duties including daily/monthly paperwork, problem-solving, video review, inventory ordering, and training new employees.
