Job summary

Blaze Pizza is seeking a Shift Leader to manage daily restaurant operations and support the management team in achieving business goals. You will coach Team Members, ensure safety and service standards, and drive guest satisfaction with Blaze’s fast, fun, and friendly experience.

The role requires completing Blaze Training, being 18+, and may include bilingual communication. This position is on-site, with typical shifts including openings and closings.

Qualifications

• Must be completely certified in all Blaze stations using the Blaze Training Program.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational routines and ensure opening/closing duties are completed.
• Train and supervise Team Members; provide feedback to management.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by upholding Blaze Pizza service standards.
• Enforce food and cash controls and cost guidelines.
• Communicate performance issues to supervisor as needed.
