Job summary

Heidi's Brooklyn Deli in Colorado is seeking a detail-oriented team member to greet guests, prepare a variety of sandwiches, salads, wraps, smoothies, and breakfast items, and assist in leading shifts under the Store Leader.

The role requires at least one year of leadership experience, 18+ for equipment, and shifts that cover morning, evening, and weekends. Starting pay is $17 per hour plus tips, with typical tip ranges of $5–$7 per hour.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership experience is REQUIRED.
• 18+ must work with age restricted equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, wraps, smoothies and breakfast items.
• Set up and close down deli lines.
• Leads shifts in guidance from the Store Leader.
• Practices portion control and keeps food waste to a minimum.
• Maintains cleanliness in area at all times to ensure safe performance.
