Stinker Stores in Casper, WY is hiring for a full-time Shift Lead. Open availability is required; 30–40 hours per week with a pay range of $15.25–$18.30 per hour (DOE).

You will lead the customer service team, assist in managing store staff, and ensure policy compliance while delivering a top-notch customer experience. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising, coordinating deliveries and inventory, and helping onboard and train

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Must consent to a background check.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide scent-sational customer service by creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with their needs, answering questions, and resolving customer concerns.
• Keep the store smelling like roses! Tidy up restrooms, cooler interiors and exteriors, parking lots, fuel islands, equipment, food service areas, shelves, and storage.
• Keep merchandise from getting skunky, ensuring items are stocked, faced, and priced correctly.
• Manage vendor, warehouse, and fuel deliveries, ensuring everything is in order.
• Create, submit, and edit supply orders, keeping inventory stocked and ready to rock!
• Assist in onboarding and training, and sniff out ways to engage and motivate the team.
