Job summary

Qualifications

• Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Desired Experience: Retail store sales experience.
• Desired Skills: Pleasant disposition; patience with difficult situations; self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Must communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Own the customer experience by anticipating needs, solving problems, and consistently representing company standards.
• Employee Support / Teamwork - Mentor peers, resolve conflicts constructively, and model professional behavior.
• Store Appearance - Proactively address appearance issues and guide peers in daily upkeep.
• Food Service and Food Safety - Check standards, correct issues, and ensure safe, consistent products.
• Merchandising - Optimize layouts and ensure merchandising aligns with customer demand.
• Shift Management - Anticipate needs, solve problems, and coordinate cross-shift efforts.
• Business Operations - Monitor task execution, resolve issues, and ensure reporting and inventory processes are followed.
