Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with and coach team members in warehouse/vendor ordering and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts, pricing, and store appearance.
