Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures in the absence of store management.
• Supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing and following up of activities in the absence of store management.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
