Equator Coffees is seeking a Shift Lead in California to assist the Store Manager in guiding the barista team and delivering an exceptional café experience for every customer, with hospitality, quality beverages, and strong product knowledge.

You will learn operations, lead in the manager's absence, ensure safety and cleanliness, and help manage inventory and procedures. Availability on Mondays and Tuesdays is essential, with flexibility for opening or closing shifts.

Qualificações

• Retail and/or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintains a current state-issued Food Handler Card.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Baristas to deliver high-quality beverages.
• Provide coaching and feedback on drink quality.
• Share product knowledge with customers and staff.
• Plan and deploy staff coverage for shifts.
• Open or close the cafe and manage operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and asset protection.
• Communicate with Store Manager on performance and customer feedback.
• Contribute to store goals for sales and profits.
