Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in California is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to lead daily operations, craft beverages, and guide a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining store standards, coaching teammates, and ensuring safe, efficient service across all shifts.

The role requires reliable attendance, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a focus on friendliness and teamwork within a fast-paced coffeehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as shift supervisor with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security in line with policies.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain smooth shift execution and guest satisfaction.
• Foster a positive team environment and strong customer service during all shifts.
