Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Six months of supervising or coordinating two or more employees.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Regular attendance and punctuality; adherence to store policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of two or more teammates.
• Maintain quality beverages/food, cash handling, and store safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues as they arise.
