Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required, with or without accommodations.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards including quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six months experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and supervise team to ensure quality beverages and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and direct teammates to follow recipes, standards and store policies.
