Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and coach staff to standard recipes and procedures.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and ensure quality beverages and food.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members and coordinate two or more staff.
• Maintain store policies, safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
