Qualifications

• Six months in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
• Ability to coach food/beverage preparation to standard recipes.
• Six months of delegating tasks to others and coordinating teams.
• Ability to direct the work of others and maintain high service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to keep the store welcoming for the community.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard or customized recipes.
• Delegate and coordinate tasks for two or more employees.
• Ensure adherence to store policies, cash handling, safety and security.
