Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards for quality beverages and foods.
• Six months handling customers and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach food/beverage prep per standard recipes or customizations.
• At least six months delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Direct the work of others and learn quickly, with strong communication.
• Ability to work in a retail environment and build relationships.
