Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and create a welcoming coffeehouse experience for the community. You will supervise beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, coach team members, handle cash, and ensure store safety and quality.

Successful candidates will have 6+ months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to direct the work of others.

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to coach and delegate tasks.
