Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart in a welcoming neighborhood coffeehouse in Old Saybrook, CT. You’ll supervise a small team, ensure quality beverages and food, manage cash handling, and maintain store safety.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
