Job summary

Qualifications

• Attend regularly and punctually, with or without accommodation
• Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety and security
• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience
• Prepare and coach food/beverage to standard or customized recipes
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth service
• Maintain store safety, policies, and high-quality beverage/food standards
