Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, making the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. You will coach staff, ensure quality beverages and foods, and manage cash handling and store safety, with a focus on outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
