Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Shift Lead (Bartender/Server) to supervise a high-energy team in a craft beer setting. You will coordinate service flow, mentor staff, mix cocktails, pour beer, and deliver food with speed and flair while keeping the space clean and welcoming.

You’ll greet guests as MVPs, maintain quality and safety, and drive a fun, guest-focused atmosphere. This role offers training, advancement opportunities, and team discounts within a vibrant community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by coordinating service flow, mentoring and directing bartenders/servers/barbacks, handling guest issues, ensuring quality and safety standards, and managing opening/closing and inventory tasks.
