We Are Looking For a Hair Stylist Who Has

• A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
• Shampoo, blow-dry, and excellent hair styling & finishing skills. Ability to do a blowout in under 45 minutes!
• Supervise shop staff on assigned shifts: bartenders & stylists.
• Lead client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld.
• Lead team responsibilities: assign clients, delegate tasks, manage meal and break schedules.
• Monitor shop inventory: check supplies regularly, place orders as needed.
• Train new staff on using Booker and Drybar’s core values. Ensure stylists complete blowouts in under 45 minutes.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and staff. Implement problem-solving strategies and maintain awareness.
• Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and regulations. Report all time worked accurately and promptly.
