We Are Looking For a Hair Stylist Who Has

• A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
• Shampoo, blow-dry, and excellent hair styling & finishing skills. Ability to do a blowout in under 45 minutes!
• Supervise shop staff on any given shift: Bartenders & Stylists.
• Lead client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld.
• Lead team responsibilities: assign clients to stylists, delegate tasks to bartenders and stylists, manage meal periods and breaks.
• Monitor shop inventory: check back bar and retail supplies regularly, place orders when needed.
• Train new bartenders: educate on using Booker and Drybar’s 10 core values. Ensure Stylists complete blowouts in under 45 minutes.
• A desire to provide exceptional service to clients and staff. Implement problem-solving strategies and maintain awareness.
• Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service.
• Ensure all company procedures, policies, and regulations are followed. Report all time worked accurately and promptly.
