Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Valid cosmetology license for the state of application.
• Shampoo, blow-dry, and excellent hair styling & finishing skills. Ability to complete a blowout in under 45 minutes.
• Supervise shop staff during assigned shifts, including bartenders and stylists.
• Lead the client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are maintained.
• Assign clients to stylists, delegate tasks, and manage break schedules.
• Monitor inventory, check supplies, and place orders as needed.
• Train new staff on company procedures and tools like Booker, ensuring timely blowouts.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and staff, with strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and accurate timekeeping.

Additional Information

We also accept applications from cosmetology students with a valid license to work as hairstylists.
