You will assist with ensuring a welcoming guest experience, supervise team members during shifts, and participate in cooking and food preparation to uphold Panda’s standards. This role offers hands-on operations exposure, opportunities to develop leadership skills, and room to grow as the business expands.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
