Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced Panda restaurant. You will lead the shift, assist with food preparation, and help create a welcoming, efficient dining environment for guests.

You will gain experience managing store operations, supervising teammates, and developing skills in a growing, dynamic setting while upholding Panda’s mission and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Food safety knowledge or certification preferred.
