Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead who helps create a welcoming guest experience and supports management in daily operations. You will lead the team during the shift and contribute to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, with chances to learn and advance.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Preference for some operations experience.
• Food handler certification (local requirements) acquired at applicant’s own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
