Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced Panda restaurant environment. You will help supervise during the shift, assist with guest service, and ensure smooth kitchen and dining room operations.

This role offers hands-on experience in operations, food preparation, and team mentoring as part of our Panda Strong culture. You will develop leadership skills while upholding safety and quality standards and contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; food safety experience beneficial.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.
• Operations experience is a plus, especially in fast-paced environments.
