Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support restaurant operations with passion and hospitality. In this fast-paced role you will help create a welcoming environment for guests and assist management on the shift.

You will gain hands-on cooking experience, lead team members during the shift, and develop a broad set of skills to grow within our Panda family while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school student status is acceptable.
• Operations experience is preferred.
• Food Safety: local/municipal requirements such as a Food Handler certification may be required and earned at applicant’s own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands‑on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.
