Oakmont Parkway seeks a shift supervisor for the dietary department to ensure proper food preparation and sanitation. Under the food service director, you will cover head cook duties in the absence and oversee kitchen staff on the shift.

Responsibilities include assisting with purchasing and inventory, training staff, maintaining sanitary conditions, preparing meals, and documenting meals and resident dietary preferences. The role emphasizes safety, cost efficiency, and adherence to policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Sanitation Certification preferred.
• One year of experience as a Cook preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with purchasing of food and supplies and maintain inventory records.
• Assist with training of new personnel.
• Maintain sanitary food handling techniques and overall sanitation.
• Prepare meals and oversee dietary equipment usage.
• Provide supervision during shift and address performance concerns.
