Job summary

AbbVie Westport is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Contamination Control team to lead a group of CCOs responsible for sanitising cleanrooms and related areas in the Biologics cores. This is a rotating day/night shift job requiring flexibility.

You will coach the team, coordinate activities, ensure audit-ready documentation, and maintain GMP standards across Core 1–4, PFS and sterility suites while meeting production KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in science or engineering or related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate contamination control activities on the assigned shift to align with production schedules and KPIs.
• Motivate, coach and develop the contamination control team through performance reviews and effective communication.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and logbooks; ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
