Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in compression molding or similar manufacturing environment.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of compression molding processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee molding operations to meet production goals and schedules.
• Lead the shift team, ensuring proper staffing, training and performance.
• Monitor quality with inspections and audits to meet standards.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance; address safety concerns promptly.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, or process issues during the shift.
• Maintain production records, downtime, quality checks, and shift reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide training on safe, efficient operating procedures for molding machines.
• Monitor materials inventory and coordinate with maintenance for preventive tasks.
