Job summary

Blue Bottle Coffee Inc. is looking for a packaging team member to ensure daily production orders are completed and shipped, while training staff and improving packaging workflows.

You will collaborate with the production team, manage inventory, and operate shipping software to generate labels for domestic and international orders. The role reports to the Packaging Leader in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of production experience, preferably in coffee.
• Basic computer skills including email and document handling.
• Proficiency with common office software (Word, Google Docs, Sheets; iWork).

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production orders are completed and shipped.
• Train and cross-train production team on packaging tasks.
• Lead a team and improve workflows for packaging processes.
• Use shipping software to print domestic and international labels.
• Maintain inventory and reorder points for production items.
