Job summary

Peet’s Coffee in Naperville, IL is seeking a Shift Lead to help manage daily operations and lead shifts with focus and clarity. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring a clean, welcoming coffeebar environment.

The role requires 1 year of leadership and POS/cash handling experience, flexible availability at least three days a week, and legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a leadership role or directing others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities.
• Availability to work a minimum of three days a week (including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays).
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Possibility of performing various physical tasks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity, managing task deployment and day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by modeling genuine engagement and friendly service.
• Open/close routines, cash handling, inventory tasks, and visual updates during shifts.
