Extramile is seeking a Shift Lead / Head Cashier to oversee daily operations during shifts, mentor team members, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will lead with integrity, support scheduling, and coordinate with management on key tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and invite return business.
• Perform cashier duties with promotions and accuracy.
• Provide fast, friendly service and promote store products.
• Maintain store cleanliness across all areas.
• Stock and label shelves, coolers, displays.
• Manage food service/beverage programs to maximize sales and compliance.
• Check in vendors and communicate as needed.
• Lead key store tasks and assist with special projects.
• Assist with schedule adjustments and communicate with the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate team with Store/Asst Managers.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
