R&R BBQ Farmington is hiring immediately for full-time team members in Farmington, Utah. Join a growing BBQ joint that values teamwork, customer care, and a positive atmosphere.

You will help with opening and closing procedures, greet guests, maintain cleanliness, assist with food prep, and ensure quality service. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but eagerness to work hard and learn counts too.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Your primary responsibilities are to deliver the best damn BBQ to our loyal Fans, Make some money, and have fun doing it.
• The perfect job for someone looking for a positive environment
• Responsible for completing opening and closing store checklist
• Ensure deposits are taken and accounted for as needed
• Execute quality food following proper procedures and R&R standards
• Serve all needs of the line.
• Communicate clearly with guests and other team members on the line.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and outside areas.
• Clean tables quickly and expertly, remove dirty dishes, empty garbage, and clean bathrooms as needed.
• Help organize the restaurant for proper food rotation and cleanliness.
• Handle the prepping, stocking, and staging of all food, paper, and chemicals
• Follow food rotation and shelf-life procedures.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Understand and assist according to the needs of To-Go and Delivery areas
• Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
• Work together effectively as a team to accomplish R&R goals.
