Job summary

R&R Bbq in Lehi, Utah is hiring immediately for full-time crew members with flexible schedules. You’ll help deliver the best BBQ to our fans, take orders at the cash register, restock stations, and keep the dining area clean in a fast-paced environment.

No formal education is required beyond being at least 16 years old; restaurant experience is preferred. You’ll follow safety and sanitation procedures, assist with food prep, and ensure a positive, professional approach with teammates and fans.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Taking orders at the cash register
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all R&R standards
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Stand and walk for an entire shift – This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our Fans
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning, or preparing sauces)
• Prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the crew
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with crewmates and fans
