Job summary

Crumbl is seeking a motivated Shift Leader in Naperville to oversee daily bakery operations on assigned shifts. You will supervise staff, manage shift schedules, handle cash deposits, and resolve customer issues while upholding CREW values and safety standards.

The role requires team leadership, a ServSafe credential or commitment to obtain it, and a high school diploma. Prior food service or retail leadership experience is preferred in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food service or retail leadership experience.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within designated timeframe)

Responsibilities

• Supervising employees, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
• Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
• Coaching team members and training new staff.
• Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits.
• Handling customer issues and employee disputes.
