Job summary

Krispy Kreme in Clive, IA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and lead a team of hourly Team Members on a defined shift. You will work with the shop leadership to support operations and drive a WOW experience for customers.

The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience, with one year supervising a team, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
