Job summary

The Little Beet in New York is seeking team members to deliver friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will take orders, process them accurately in the Toast POS, and work closely with kitchen staff to ensure guests receive fresh, high-quality meals.

We value teamwork, flexibility, and a proactive approach to guest needs. This position offers a supportive team and growth opportunities within Convive Brands, across multiple concepts.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Experience with POS systems, especially Toast.
• Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required.
• Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the dining room and retail space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the visit.
• Receive food and beverage orders, enter into the POS, and coordinate with the kitchen as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and note preferences.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures and daily checklists.
